Key Duties and Responsibilities


Support IT project planning, coordination, and execution.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Analyse project performance data and provide actionable insights.
Support resource planning and capacity management.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT.
Promote project governance, compliance, and operational excellence.


Requirements


Qualifications and experience: Relevant degree in IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years' experience in IT equipment procurement, stock management, inventory management, or a closely related environment.
