Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
5-10 years of IT solution sales experience, including at least 3 years managing strategic enterprise accounts
Proven track record selling IT software solutions to large organizations or listed companies
Experience selling enterprise collaboration or email platform solutions is an added advantage
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build compelling business cases for complex IT solutions
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


Role & Responsibilities:


Manage and grow relationships with up to 15 strategic enterprise accounts, engaging CIOS, MDs, and C-suite leaders to identify and close high-value opportunities
Develop + execute account strategies to drive adoption of unified email collaboration and platform solutions
Manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets while maintaining strong pipeline development
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, support, and product teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting for senior management
