Provide basic PC support to staff
Assist with setting up and preparation of PC for new employees
Connect printers for various users and troubleshoot
End User Support (O365 Applications)
Track and action Tickets in Service Now
Provide LAN/WAN Support
Support employees' mobile devices setup and troubleshooting


Required Skills and Capabilities


Completed Degree/Diploma in IT
1 year work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Solid understanding of core principles within your field of study
Computer literacy (MS Office essential, additional technical software is advantageous)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a technical environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be a team player
