Network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
Server management (Windows/Linux)
System administration (Active Directory, Group Policy)
Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems), OTA (Online Travel Agencies), and POS (Point of Sale) systems
Collaborate with teams for project implementation
Ensure data security and backup best practices
Requirements
BSc / HND in Computer Science/IT or related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in IT, hospitality/hotel.
Network+ / CompTIA certifications are a plus.
Experience with PMS (IDs, or Fidelio, Opera), OTA (booking, Expedia), and POS systems.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
