We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across all departments. The specialist will assist in implementing IT projects to enhance operational efficiency within our fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on IT support experience, preferably in FMCG or fast-paced operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
Experience supporting CCTV and tracking systems.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, network, and systems).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, network devices, and applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security through regular updates and backups.
Support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and business applications.
Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including upgrades and rollouts.
Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
