Main Objectives
The purpose of this job is to respond to users' technical support needs.
The incumbent will be required to provide professional, efficient, and accurate responses to enable the staff of the university with their IT needs.
The Requirements
Grade 12 with approximately 2 years' relevant experience, where such experience includes: -
Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and computer problem solving skills.
Well rounded expertise and practical knowledge of operating systems, networking and office software.
Worked in a team environment
Six months experience in an IT desktop support environment and Google Workspace
