We are seeking an IT Training Coordinator to design, organize, and manage technical training programs across the organization. The role focuses on developing learning materials, coordinating training sessions, and supporting continuous capability development for staff and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain IT training curricula and learning pathways
Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal training programs and workshops
Deliver or facilitate technical training sessions (in-person or online)
Manage e-learning platforms and digital training resources
Assess training needs across teams and design suitable programs
Track training participation, progress, and effectiveness
Update training materials to reflect new technologies and systems
Support onboarding programs for new technical staff
Key Requirements / Expertise:
Experience in curriculum development and training program design
Strong understanding of IT concepts and technical environments
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple training activities
Experience in instructional design or capability development
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in corporate IT training or learning and development roles
Certifications in instructional design or training delivery (an advantage)
Strong organizational and facilitation skills
