This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong scientific knowledge with exceptional relationship-building and business development skills. You will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, promoting innovative In-Vitro Diagnostic solutions and helping laboratories expand their diagnostic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities


Promote and sell the company's In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products and solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for prospective clients.
Identify and develop new strategies to expand market presence.
Provide product education and basic technical support to customers to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related life science discipline.
Valid professional license or registration where applicable.
Previous experience in IVD sales is mandatory.
Previous experience in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or laboratory operations is an advantage.
Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows and clinical applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build lasting professional relationships.
Willingness to travel as required.
