Key Responsibilities
Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatments (ART).
Assist fertility specialists in egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other IVF procedures.
Prepare and educate patients for treatment cycles.
Administer medications, monitor responses, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety.
Offer emotional and psychological support to couples throughout their fertility journey.
Qualifications and Experience
Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Certification or formal training in IVF, Embryology, or Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) is required.
Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a recognized IVF or Fertility Centre.
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in patient counselling and fertility protocols will be an added advantage.
