Role Overview:


Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities, learning difficulties, and developmental delays.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field required (Master's degree preferred).
State teaching certification in Special Education or eligibility for certification.
Prior experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting preferred.
Strong understanding of best practices in special education and evidence-based interventions.
Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills.
