About the Role


We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our service stations.
We are a reputable player in the downstream oil and gas sector, engaged in the retail and distribution of petroleum products.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee the day-to-day operations of the filling station
Ensure accurate dispensing and reconciliation of products (PMS, AGO, DPK and LPG)
Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth
Send accurate reports daily to head office
Enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
Supervise station staff, including attendants and security personnel
Maintain proper stock control, inventory records, and reporting systems
Handle customer relations and ensure excellent service delivery
Identify operational gaps and take initiative to resolve issues promptly
Ensure the station environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.


Requirements


Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline
2 - 5 years experience in a similar role within the oil & gas downstream sector
Strong understanding of station operations, product handling, and safety standards
Good knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and accountability
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Must reside in Ogbaku, Imo State, or be willing to relocate immediately.
