About the Role


We are seeking a smart, analytical, and highly driven Operations Specialist to play a central role in coordinating and optimizing operations across our retail fuel stations.
This role is critical to driving performance, improving efficiency, minimizing leakages, and strengthening the overall business position.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, data-savvy, and proactive, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance sales, customer experience, and operational integrity.


Key Responsibilities


Support the coordination and performance management of multiple fuel stations and outlets
Collect, track, and analyze operational and sales data across stations
Conduct regular station visits to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and service standards
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential leakages/fraud, and implement corrective measures
Develop and execute initiatives to improve sales, attract customers, and increase station profitability
Support brand development and business repositioning strategies across outlets
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and reconciliation processes
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and HSE standards
Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making
Work closely with station managers and field teams to drive performance improvements


Requirements


Minimum of HND/ B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field
2 - 5 years' experience in operations, preferably within the oil & gas downstream or retail sector
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Solid understanding of inventory management and control systems
Experience in field operations and multi-location coordination is an added advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Must reside in Ogbaku, Imo State, or be willing to relocate
