KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks
Prepare invoices, receipts and payment vouchers
Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
Assist with payroll and statutory deductions
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Support monthly reporting, budgeting and audits
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in Accounting. Finance or a related field
Proven QuickBooks experience is mandatory
CPA qualification or ongoing CPA studies is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Kenyan statutory and tax requirements
Strong accuracy, integrity and organisational skills
