What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day accounting function for a portfolio of clients.
Prepare monthly and weekly management accounts and financial reports.
Record, reconcile, and maintain accurate financial transactions.
Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
Prepare and submit tax returns while ensuring compliance with SARS and CIPC requirements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Assist with financial audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse financial information and provide meaningful insights to clients.
Maintain accurate financial records and identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
Stay up to date with accounting legislation, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
What we're looking for
BCom Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA articles.
Eligible for professional registration with SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA.
Experience using Xero Accounting Software.
Practical knowledge of SARS eFiling and tax compliance.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
