THE ROLE
This role forms part of a global Application Management and Contingent Workforce division aligned to enterprise client delivery frameworks.
You will support enterprise application management operations, delivery coordination, workforce processes, and operational administration activities while contributing to service delivery excellence and stakeholder support initiatives.
The role combines operational support, stakeholder engagement, reporting, workflow coordination, contractor support, and enterprise delivery assistance within a managed services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Application Management & Operational Support
Supporting enterprise application management environments and operational delivery activities
Assisting with contractor delivery coordination and workforce support functions
Collaborating with local and global delivery stakeholders across operational workstreams
Supporting service delivery alignment and operational readiness initiatives
Workflow Management & SLA Support
Managing documentation, reporting, and operational workflow activities
Supporting SLA adherence and operational excellence initiatives
Assisting with onboarding coordination, contractor administration, and client support activities
Maintaining operational records and reporting accuracy
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
Supporting communication between delivery teams, contractors, and clients
Building positive working relationships across remote and global teams
Assisting with operational coordination and stakeholder engagement activities
Supporting client-facing operational and delivery processes
Talent Pipeline & Workforce Support
Supporting the development and maintenance of delivery and talent pipelines
Assisting with sourcing and coordination activities using:
LinkedIn Recruiter
ATS platforms
Enterprise sourcing tools
Supporting contractor retention and workforce delivery continuity initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience within:
Application Support
Managed Services
Enterprise support environments
Workforce delivery operations
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Ability to work within remote and global teams
Strong organisational and workflow management skills
Understanding of application management and support models
Comfortable working with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
