Patient Interaction & Support


Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries from patients and families.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, tests, and procedures.
Provide information on hospital/clinic services, doctors' availability, and treatment processes.
Assist patients in completing registration, admission, discharge, and documentation.


Service Coordination


Coordinate with departments such as nursing, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, and billing to ensure seamless patient flow.
Follow up on pending reports, prescriptions, authorizations, and medical records.
Support insurance processing, TPA coordination, and pre-authorization requests (if applicable).


Issue Resolution


Address patient complaints and service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
Ensure patient satisfaction through timely follow-ups and service recovery.
