Job Summary


The candidate will ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of compressor units on the FPSO through routine inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.


Key Responsibilties
General Responsibilities:


Operate and maintain gas compressor and gas lift skid
Assist and execute technical maintenance in production plant


Special Responsibilities:


Daily operation of compressor skid
Ensuring proper and continuous functioning of gas lift with minimum downtime
Report to PSUP status of equipment
Liaise with PSUP for spare parts stock and necessary purchasing
Report any hazardous situation and equipment failure to PSUP or SPOP as appropriate
Carry out routine safety tests and checks on equipment as required by PSUP
Execution and technical expertise to PSUP and SPOP in all mechanical maintenance in production facilities
Assist SPOP and JPOP in production routines if needed
Keep record of repairs, adjustments and the use of spare parts
Be familiar with PTW System
Be fully familiar with rules, regulations and work procedures applicable to his responsibilities.


Certificates Training:


Officer in Charge of an engineering watch certificate (OOW).


Professional Qualification


Officer in Charge of an engineering watch certificate (OOW) is mandatory.
Mechanical engineering and Production engineering or Marine Engineer with at least 4 years' experience, preferably from Gas Tankers.
Compressor Training Certificate
Very good knowledge in English written and spoken.
