Key Responsibilities.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned team members, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Support travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring timely bookings, accurate itineraries, and compliance with firm policies.
Assist in preparing and formatting business documents, presentations, and correspondence under the guidance of Senior Executive Assistants.
Manage expense reports, timesheets, and other internal documentation accurately and on time.
Coordinate internal meetings — including setting up conference rooms, managing catering, and preparing materials as required.
Act as a professional and courteous point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and service orientation.
Maintain and organize filing systems, contact lists, and shared folders to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible.
Support the execution of internal events and office initiatives by providing logistical and administrative assistance.
Proactively anticipate administrative needs, follow up on action items, and help ensure smooth dayto-day operations for supported teams.
Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent support and service delivery across the office.
Key Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree business administration, office management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an organization of 100+ employees.
Interest in developing a long-term administrative career within a professional services or corporate setting.
Experience working in a culturally diverse environment, with sensitivity to varying communication and work styles is an advantage but not required.
