Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management
1 - 2 years experience in F&B cost control or inventory management
Experience using Opera PMS, MC (Material Control), Micros POS & SUN Systems
Knowledge of food costing, stock control & variance analysis
Strong Excel and analytical skills
