Introduction

An online, cloud-based solution that brings all share scheme management tasks into one application is seeking for a Compliance & Operations Associate to assist with expanding to new markets.
The Compliance & Operations Associate will work directly with the Compliance Manager and play a role in recruitment, onboarding, office management, and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Support
  • Receiving, screening, and evaluating CVs against job specifications.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating follow-ups with respective managers and recruiters.
  • Setting up, sending, and collecting technical assessments from candidates.
Onboarding & Training Support
  • Sending welcome emails to new joiners and gathering necessary documentation from them to onboard them to the company.
  • Ensuring new hires sign policy recognition agreements before their start date.
  • Assisting in the allocation of necessary resources and assets (laptops, office access) for new joiners.
  • Scheduling all information security training sessions for new employees.
  • Settling all new joiners into their roles, ensuring they are properly introduced to company policies and teams.
  • Completing all access card applications, collection, and distribution.
Office & Administrative Assistance:
  • Ordering all groceries and supplies required for the office.
  • Working with external vendors for office supplies, services, and repairs.
  • Manage and assist cleaning staff to ensure the office is well kept and clean.
  • Assisting with asset management to track and maintain office equipment.
  • Assisting the Compliance and HR Managers in office renovations, office upkeep and equipment acquisition.
  • Work with the Compliance Manager to improve and maintain office and employee safety.
Other Administrative Tasks:
  • Assisting the Compliance and HR manager with company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Working and assisting the Compliance Manager with other ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Strong Admin and HR skills
  • Commerce / HR Degree
  • Degree in Human Resource, Administration or related.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • A people person who is trustworthy and motivated
  • Likeable and willing to put in extra effort
  • Willing to take more responsibility and grow
  • Likes to work with other people and has a strong EQ
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
