Job Description
Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
2 years of experience in a Junior HR / HR Executive role
Preferred Certification
CHRP / IHRM Certification (added advantage)
