Lead Management & Deal Execution
Follow up all leads within required timeframes.
Manage with relevant team members where necessary, full leasing cycle: tenant sourcing, applications, credit checks, proposals, negotiations, and lease conclusion.
Ensure ProposalÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂLet, lease documents, resolutions, sureties, and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
Maintain upÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂdate tenant files and deal records.
Tenant & Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal departments.
Conduct periodic site visits and annual tenant checkÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂins.
Vacancy, Marketing & Canvassing
Canvass for new tenants and renew existing leases.
Track market trends and competitor activity.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
Ensure deposits, firstÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂmonth rentals, and all preÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂoccupation requirements are met before tenant operation.
Reporting, Systems & Administration
Maintain accurate vacancy lists, deal trackers, and leasing databases.
Submit required reports and closeÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂout documents
Performance Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets (PTLs issued, PTLs signed, leases delivered, leases signed, closeÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂouts completed).
Maintain consistent progress tracking and performance visibility.
