Hello Group is seeking to appoint a proactive, creative, and highly organized Junior Marketing Assistant to support the Hello Pay Brand Manager in executing marketing initiatives across digital channels, CRM, events, and brand activations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for digital marketing, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
The successful candidate will assist with community management, CRM communications, campaign execution, event planning, supplier coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations to ensure the successful delivery of Hello Pay's marketing strategy.


Duties and Responsibilities
Community Management & Digital Marketing


Manage and monitor Hello Pay's social media platforms daily
Respond to customer comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries promptly and professionally
Escalate customer queries to the relevant internal teams where necessary
Engage with online communities to build brand awareness and customer loyalty
Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engagement
Compile community management and social media performance reports


CRM & Customer Communications


Assist with executing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp
Build and schedule outgoing customer communications
Assist with customer database segmentation and campaign targeting
Track CRM campaign performance and prepare reports


Campaigns & Content


Assist with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal teams, designers, and suppliers
Help manage and organize marketing assets and documentation
Assist with content development for different platforms according to set objectives


Events & Activations


Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and activations
Maintain ongoing communication with Sales, Operations, and Admin teams to align logistics
Liaise with the Warehouse to arrange marketing materials and event stock
Support the setup and execution of events to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Act as a runner for event logistics, branding materials, promotional items, and other operational requirements where needed


Minimum Requirements
SKILL REQUIREMENTS / PERSONAL COMPETENCIES

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong customer service and community management skills
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable supporting events and activations, including occasional travel when required


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
1 - 3 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
Experience managing social media platforms and online communities
Experience with CRM, email marketing, and customer communication platforms will be advantageous
Experience coordinating events and marketing campaigns is beneficial
Valid driver's license is a strong advantage
