We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Junior People Operations Associate to support the day-to-day running of the People function. This role is ideal for someone with early HR experience who enjoys structure, takes ownership of processes, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth company. You will play an important role in ensuring that our employee lifecycle, HR systems, and office operations run smoothly and professionally.
What You Will Do
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
Employee Experience & People Programs
Support employee engagement activities and internal events
Coordinate training, performance review and promotion processes
Help improve People Operations processes and suggest better ways of working
Work closely with managers to ensure a positive employee experience
Office & Asset Management
Ensure the office runs efficiently and remains well organised
Oversee supplies, equipment, and company assets
Coordinate with office support staff to maintain a professional environment
Support procurement and basic vendor coordination
Coordination & Administration
Support logistics for meetings, travel, and team activities
Maintain organised documentation and records
Assist with reporting and tracking for People Operations metrics
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 - 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations
Good understanding of labour laws and HR processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ownership mindset and willingness to learn
