Interested candidates should possess an Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related subjects or specialised degrees in Innovation or Engineering Management with 3-5 years relevant post-national service experience in Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) in low- and middle-income Country settings, including product management, project management, and partnership management experiences.
