Role Objective:


Our client, operating within the automotive sector, is seeking to recruit energetic, customer-oriented, and target-driven Junior Sales Officers. The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding customer reach, driving vehicle-related product/service sales, and strengthening client relationships to support overall business growth.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:


Identify and engage new customers to grow the client base within the automotive market
Promote and sell automotive workshop services, spare parts, and related products to individual and corporate clients
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide clear, accurate product and service information
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active and repeat customers
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility activities within the automotive business
Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the automotive industry
Provide feedback on customer preferences, demand trends, and product/service performance
Ensure proper display and presentation of automotive products and services where applicable
Perform any other sales-related duties as may be assigned


Job Specifications and Qualifications:


Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
