Junior Site Foreman (Construction) at Green Marble Recruitment

Our client, a well-established company within the roofing and construction industry, is seeking a motivated Junior Site Foreman to join their team.


Non-Negotiable Requirements:


Matric + 1 year of general work experience.
Valid driver's licence.
No construction experience required.
Proactive with a willingness to learn.
Hardworking with natural leadership qualities.


Duties:


Assist with daily site operations and supervision.
Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
Monitor productivity, quality and project progress.
Assist with allocating labour and materials.
Conduct regular site inspections.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
Report site issues, delays and progress to the Site Manager.
Maintain site records and daily reports.
