We are seeking a motivated Junior Social Media Account Manager to support client accounts, social media activities, content coordination, reporting, and day-to-day account management.
Requirements
Support the management of assigned client accounts.
Assist with social media strategies and content calendars.
Coordinate with the creative team on content development and approvals.
Schedule approved social media content.
Assist with monitoring social media campaigns and performance.
Support the preparation of client performance reports.
Maintain accurate account trackers and project records.
Communicate client updates, requirements, and issues to the Senior Account Manager.
Support timely delivery of client work and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
Interest or basic experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content planning.
Basic Canva and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly.
Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
