Role Overview


An established technology-driven organisation is seeking a Junior Support Agent to provide first-line support across its document management, process automation, and print management software environments. This role is ideal for a technically minded support professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working with multiple technologies, and assisting users in fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities


Provide Tier 1 support and initial ticket triage
Troubleshoot software, system, and user-related issues
Assist with system maintenance and updates
Support document management and workflow platforms
Monitor and manage basic Windows services and server environments
Log and maintain accurate support documentation and ticket updates
Escalate complex technical issues where required
Assist users with technical queries in a clear and professional manner


Minimum Requirements


Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support or junior systems support role
Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above
PostgreSQL experience advantageous
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with AI concepts and natural language prompts
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working within Windows Server environments, including basic IIS management
Experience supporting Windows desktop environments, services, and software packages
Basic networking knowledge and understanding of network configurations


Advantageous Skills


Basic API knowledge and understanding of system integrations
Experience with Regular Expressions (RegEx)
Exposure to document management and workflow technologies
Experience working within MacOS environments
Linux environment exposure, including managing services and applications
