Your Core Responsibilities


Build deep understanding of clients' business, goals & needs
Manage full account lifecycle (lead → tender → payment → closure)
Conduct weekly client visits to strengthen relationships
Identify new business opportunities & grow account pipeline
Track client activities (production, investments, projects, etc.)
Ensure timely delivery of products/services to client specifications
Monitor competitors & market trends
Prepare professional visit reports & account performance updates
Deliver progress reports using key account metrics


What We're Looking For:


Strong relationship management & stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to grow and manage key accounts
Commercial awareness with strong market intelligence
Excellent reporting, coordination & follow-up skills


Requirements


B.Sc / B.Tech in Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum of 7+ years sales experience (Oil & Gas preferred)


Added Advantage (Technical Exposure):
Experience with:


Rotating Equipment (Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Gears)
Valves & Actuators
Gas Detectors
Hydraulic & Air Filtration Systems.
