Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the B2B sectors
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Proactively identify and secure upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless service delivery, resolving complex issues, and advocating for client needs internally.
Build and nurture robust relationships with key potential and existing enterprise clients
Drive high customer satisfaction and retention rates, fostering loyalty and maximizing account lifetime
value.
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform salesstrategies.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports


Qualifications


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 4 years experience.
