About the Opportunity


We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing organisation seeking an experienced and commercially minded Key Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and working collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Understand customer objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular business reviews and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Revenue Growth & Business Development:


Grow revenue across existing client accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms within agreed parameters.
Monitor account performance and profitability.


Sales Operations:


Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
Produce regular account reports and forecasts.
Monitor customer engagement and commercial activity.
Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and documentation.
Support invoice follow-up and payment reconciliation where required.


Customer Success:


Work closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Technical teams to deliver excellent service.
Coordinate client onboarding and implementation activities.
Ensure service standards and client expectations are consistently met.


Market & Commercial Insight:


Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Provide feedback on customer needs and product performance.
Recommend improvements to customer engagement strategies and service offerings.


What We're Looking For

Essential:


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
Experience managing corporate or enterprise clients.


Desirable:

Experience within sectors such as:


Technology
FinTech
Mobility
Energy
Fuel Solutions
Other B2B service industries.
