Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drivelongterm business growth.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existingandnewclients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences toinformstrategic decisions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve profitability targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production, andfinance) toensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or fast-moving products.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
A results-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
