Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Education or a related field..
Postgraduate qualification in Education or Educational Leadership is an added advantage..
Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience with at least 2 years' experience as a Team Lead or Coordinator.
TRCN certification is compulsory.
Other Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the EYS and Key Stage One British Curriculum.
Proven experience leading teachers and improving classroom practice.
Excellent instructional coaching and mentoring skills.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
Experience conducting lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management expertise.
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
