We are looking for an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to join our team and ensure efficient kitchen operations and quality meal service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Do food purchasing and other kitchen supplies
Monitor consumption and ensure accountability
Cook and ensure food is cooked properly and served on time
Ensure patients are served as requested
Ensure no wastage of food
Ensure the kitchen is neat and clean
REQUIREMENTS
Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production
Minimum 2 years experience in a busy institution
Good organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
