Primary Purpose and Scope the Job (Job Role)
Assists in the overall smooth operations of the restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and maintain high standards of restaurant hygiene as per Company SOPs.
Quality food preparation and presentation which meets food safety requirements.
To maintain a hygiene working environment in kitchen by providing clean utensils and washrooms
Handling cash, assisting guests in take away orders and taking orders via the phone.
Maintain a fast speed service at all times.
Take orders from guests and Assist the guests in the processing of orders
Suggestive selling products and introduction of new ones to guests
Channels any communication from the guests to ensure an efficient working relationship
Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized.
Ensure that all food are stored correctly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure that the sops for restaurant hygiene are maintained and consistently adhered to in accordance to food safety requirements.
Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
Ensure all company money is intact as transacted at all times and all transactions accompanied with official receipts

Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to Managers.
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment
food safety training will be a plus
Must have good menu knowledge.
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
Keen on details
Experience
Previous experience in a QSR
In house training.
