Laboratory Technician Level 2 (NviroTek) at Senwes

Responsibilites:


Receive, verify, capture, and process laboratory samples using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring accurate handling and traceability.
Prepare and process samples in accordance with laboratory procedures, accredited methods, and quality standards.
Maintain laboratory records, inventory, consumables, equipment, and work areas to support efficient operations.
Perform laboratory activities within approved competency levels while ensuring compliance with ISO 17025:2017, SANAS, and quality management requirements.
Support continuous improvement, stock control, and health, safety, environmental, and company compliance initiatives.


Requirements


National Senior Certificate (Candidates with a Diploma in analytical Chemistry will receive preference)
Knowledge of laboratory hygiene, ISO 17025, and quality standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; LIMS experience is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, technical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
