Lake Feeding Supervisor-Early Stage at Victory Farms

Key Responsibilities:


Monitor/supervise feeding of fish
Coordinate feed dispatch and movement
Organize work schedule for feeders
Fish size appraisal
Monitor and report the health condition of fish
Monitor and report on diving activities
Monitor and report on condition of cages
Ensure feeding records are accurate and submitted on time
Ensure safety protocols are followed by all feeders
Any other duties allocated by Feed Department Management


Qualifications and Requirements:


Minimum of a High School Diploma


Knowledge and skills:


Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
Basic Microsoft Office experience
Professionalism and strong work ethic
Positive and team-oriented attitude
Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
Organization skills
Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
