Job Responsibilities
Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, etc.)
Measure and map land boundaries, elevations, and topography
Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings
Verify accuracy of survey data and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards
Set out construction works according to approved plans
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Proficiency in surveying tools and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.)
Strong understanding of land laws and regulations
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and on-site
Professional certification (e.g., SURCON, NIS) is an added advantage.
