Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to work as a delivery person and Laundry Attendant. The successful candidate will be in charge of delivering and collecting laundry from clients using a company motorbike, and also assist in daily laundry operations when not on delivery runs. Key Responsibilities:
Motorbike Rider Duties (30%)
Safely and timely collect and deliver laundry from and to customers.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
Ensure parcels are handled with care and properly secured.
Maintain delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon delivery or collection.
Keep the motorbike clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
Laundry Attendant Duties (70%)
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and other laundry items.
Tag and record customer items accurately.
Monitor machine performance and basic maintenance (e.g., cleaning lint filters).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry workspace.
Assist customers at the front desk if required.
Report any damaged or missing items.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid Kenyan Rider's License (Class F/G).
Minimum 1 year experience in motorbike delivery.
Basic knowledge or experience in laundry/cleaning services preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized.
Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight laundry
