Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations, ensure service excellence, and drive operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to manage performance targets, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end laundry operations (washing, drying, ironing, folding, packaging, and dispatch)
Supervise and manage laundry staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
Ensure strict adherence to quality control and garment care standards
Monitor productivity targets and operational KPIs
Manage inventory (detergents, chemicals, consumables, equipment maintenance)
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage
Coordinate equipment servicing and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
B.Sc in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
2 years experience in laundry operations, hospitality, or facility management
Proven supervisory or managerial experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Good understanding of fabric care and industrial laundry processes
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control management.
