Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
Provide legal advice and guidance
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends
Handkerchief legal disputes and litigation matters
Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including corporate records, contracts, and regulatory filings
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years Litigation experience
Bachelor's degree in Law
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction; license to practice law required
