The role involves providing strategic direction, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and optimizing the value of the organization's land portfolio. The position also entails coordinating with internal teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth land transactions and support the company's investment and development goals.

What You Will Do
Coordinate and oversee land acquisition, subdivision, titling, and registration processes.
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Prepare and maintain land inventory and database for all company properties.
Prepare management reports, briefs, and updates on land activities.
Conduct or review feasibility studies, due diligence, and land valuation reports.
Provide technical input to support land development planning and investment decisions.
Support preparation of business cases and investment proposals for land projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree/Diploma in Land Economics, Real Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good understanding of land laws, property markets, and development processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
A proactive and dependable team player with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
