Lead - Data Intelligence & Digital Advisory Systems

Role Objective Lead the development of digital data systems, performance intelligence tools and analytical platforms supporting IPMC'S advisory, assessment, reporting and assurance services. Key Responsibilities Design and manage structured databases for corporate, operational, sustainability and project-related information. Develop digital data collection, validation and management workflows. Build business intelligence dashboards, performance monitoring systems and automated reporting tools. Establish data integrity, evidence traceability, information security and access controls. Collaborate with analysts and technical specialists to translate assessment methodologies into digital products. Support the integration of financial, operational, regulatory and sustainability datasets. Identify opportunities for automation, system scalability and improved analytics. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years in database development, data engineering, analytics systems or business intelligence. Strong proficiency in SQL database design, data Visualisation and relevant programming or reporting tools. Experience in enterprise information systems, financial data platforms or ESG analytics is desirable. Reporting Line: Chief Technology Officer, with project responsibilities assigned by the relevant Programme Lead.
