Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills
Diploma or Degree in one of the following:
Supply Chain Management
Logistics Management
Business Administration
Commerce (BCom)
Information Management / Records Management
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience
5 - 8 years' experience in:
Document control (essential)
Commercial / contract documentation
Procurement or supply chain environment
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
Support both commercial and procurement functions by managing, controlling, and maintaining all Commercial and Procurement related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient information flow across the department.
Enable effective Commercial and Procurement operations by ensuring that key documents—including contracts, purchase orders, supplier records, invoices, variations, and claims—are properly recorded, tracked, and readily accessible for decision-making, audit processes, and supplier performance management.
Provide procurement support by coordinating supplier documentation, tracking purchase orders, monitoring approval workflows, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies and governance standards. The role is essential in aligning commercial and procurement documentation to support cost control, contract compliance, and operational efficiency.
Must have strong administrative and coordination skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
