Lead: Insurance Reporting Accountant at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement


We're looking for an experienced insurance finance professional to take ownership of technical insurance reporting in the group and become a trusted advisor within our growing iInsurance business.
If you're a qualified CA(SA) with strong insurance experience in IFRS 17 and regulatory reporting, and have a passion for financial analysis, reporting excellence and stakeholder engagement, we'd love to hear from you.


Experience
Min/Ideal:


3 to 5 years in accounting, financial management, reporting within the insurance industry, preferable life insurance
Experience working in budgeting and forecasting
Strong IFRS 17 and regulatory reporting experience in an insurance environment
Proven experience in insurance reporting and financial analysis
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes


Qualifications (Minimum)
