Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales administration team to support revenue targets for the assigned category, including contribution to sales strategy execution.
Oversee sales administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth cross-functional coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures, including sales reporting, inventory oversight, and planning coordination.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5 - 8 years' experience in FMCG sales operations or sales administration leadership.
Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
Strong coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.
