Paga is looking for a Learning and Development Intern who is passionate about people development and organizational learning. The intern will support the Learning & Development team in coordinating training activities, managing learning records, and assisting with the execution of internal learning initiatives.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning, training coordination, and talent development within a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate should be currently serving or recently completed NYSC, with a strong interest in building a career in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in coordinating internal training sessions, workshops, and learning programmes.
Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
Track training participation and maintain accurate learning records and reports.
Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) or training databases where applicable.
Support the administration of learning surveys and evaluation forms.
Compile and analyze feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement.
Assist in identifying training needs by supporting data gathering, surveys, and basic analysis of skill gaps across teams.
Support the review of performance data and feedback to inform learning priorities.
Provide logistical support for training sessions (venue setup, materials preparation, attendance tracking).
Assist the Learning & Development Specialist with ongoing learning initiatives and projects.
Support reporting on training metrics and learning effectiveness.
Carry out other tasks that support the overall Learning & Development strategy.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Manpower Training and Development, or any related field.
Strong interest and passion forLearning and Development, training and people development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong ability to organize information and maintain accurate records.
