Responsibilities
Able to develops and implements learning strategy , SOP and program that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
Able to design competency frameworks and career development pathways for technical and non-technical staff
Strong analytical skill sets to analyse training data and prepare report
Able to designs and produce training materials, including e-learning courses
Able to conduct training needs assessments across departments (production, quality, maintenance, safety, etc.).
Able to Implement blended learning approaches (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training).
Strong knowledge of Talent Life Cycle, from initial hiring to senior leader development
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience of designing and delivering a variety of learning, leadership development, talent and OD solutions
Strong project management and focused execution skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.Master's or professional L&D qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training Delivery or Talent Development (corporate or consulting environment preferred).
Hands-on experience designing blended learning, running classroom workshops and managing e-learning content.
Experience with LMS administration, assessments and training evaluation methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, ability to liaise with clients, line managers and external vendors.
Excellent facilitation, written and presentation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with authoring tools is a plus.
