Experience
Min/Ideal:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a similar role.
Proven experience designing both in-person and digital/blended learning solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
Designing end-to-end learning journeys and experiences using proven instructional design and learning experience methodologies.
Conducting learning needs analysis and performance diagnostics
Developing digital, blended, facilitated, and microlearning solutions
Collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Leveraging learning technologies, multimedia, and emerging AI capabilities
Measuring learning effectiveness through data, analytics, and learner feedback
Continuously improving learner experiences through evidence-based design practices
Apply Human-Centred Design, learner experience (LX), UX, behavioural science, and adult learning principles to create meaningful learning interventions.
Create interactive and visually engaging learning content using multimedia tools and modern learning technologies.
Leverage learning analytics and feedback data to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve learner experiences.
Manage multiple learning projects and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines
Qualifications (Minimum)
Bachelor's Degree in User Experience / User Design
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Masters Degree
Knowledge
Min/Ideal:
Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
Experience with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
Understanding of adult learning principles, cognitive science, and learner engagement strategies.

Agency / Learning Studio Experience
Previous experience in a learning agency, learning consultancy or learning studio environment is a strong advantage.
Exposure to multiple clients, fast-paced delivery and diverse project types accelerates readiness for the role.
Experience in environments similar to LRMG, TTRO or other learning consultancies would be highly valuable
